Questions
Yes. No setup fee, no card, no minimum. You pay only if you order a sample.
You take a share of every order. The split is set when your store goes live — it depends on volume and colourway, and we'll put it in writing before anything is switched on.
Samples and colour. On Free you buy samples at cost and pick from grey, black and white; on Plus samples are included every drop and the whole colour range opens up. Most teams want a piece in hand before they put it in front of their users.
Pieces outside the four blanks — technical jackets and bags made by an established outdoor brand, which we can embroider with your mark. They aren't available on Free or Plus at any price. Each drop is a limited run, offered to Studio members first.
Sourcing the blank is the slow part, not the stitching. On Studio we hold your colourway ready at the machine, so an order is stitched and dispatched in two business days and reaches a US address in about five. On Free and Plus the blank is bought after the order, which is the 5–8 day timeline.
