How it works
Nothing is made until someone orders it. Here is every step, and how long each one actually takes.
Drag it onto the homepage. Placement on all four pieces renders instantly — no account, no email. That preview is schematic: it shows scale and position, not the finished stitch.
Takes: seconds
Your logo is digitised for embroidery — thin strokes and fine detail get flagged before they get stitched badly — and applied to the four blanks. You get real mockups plus a live storefront on your brand.
Takes: within 24 hours
Change the placement, the scale, the thread colour. Then switch it on. If you want a physical piece first, order a sample at cost — included on Plus.
Takes: as long as you want
We buy the blank, route it to our embroidery partner, and it ships direct to your customer. You never see a box, a spreadsheet, or a courier.
Takes: typically 5–8 business days in the US, order to doorstep. Longer internationally. Samples add a few days on top. On Studio we hold your colourway ready at the machine, which removes the sourcing leg: dispatch in two business days, about five to a US door.
Your share lands on the sale. No invoice to chase, no inventory to reconcile, nothing to write off if a drop doesn't move.
Honestly
Blanks are sourced per order, which is why there's no minimum and no inventory risk. Studio buys the exception: we hold your colourway ready. Nothing ships same-day on any tier.
An embroidery partner stitches and ships. We handle sourcing, routing, the store, and the money.
Four blanks, three shades on Free. Constraint is the product. The full colour range opens on Plus; the jackets and bags open on Studio.
